Attorney Jarrod M. Scharber is a Dade City native, and a 4^th generation resident of Pasco County.  In 2006, Mr. Scharber returned to Dade City after completing his education and went to work with attorney Charles D. Waller in one of Pasco County’s oldest, and most established law firms.  Practicing side by side with Charles Waller afforded Mr. Scharber the opportunity to represent a broad range of clients from all walks of life, and the chance to gain valuable experience in many areas of practice early in his career.  After 13 years of successful partnership with Charles Waller at Waller & Scharber P.A., Mr. Scharber opened the doors to Scharber Law Group in January 2020.

In opening his own firm, Mr. Scharber has placed a renewed emphasis on customer service and individual client needs.  These are the services that helped Mr. Scharber build his practice while at Waller & Scharber, P.A. and these are the founding principles of Scharber Law Group.  After more than 13 years and hundreds of client and cases, this focus remains the driving force behind how Scharber Law Group conducts its business today.
